C9 - Spiritual Abuse
This IFTCC Learning Competency will touch on the following aspects:
Workshops, seminars, and presentations at the advanced level will explore the concept of spiritual abuse and when this is a valid concern and when it is a political ploy to achieve a silencing effect for the advancement of a specific ideology. The danger of cultism and when churches or leaders descend into cultlike behaviours.
